Hi! I’m Carlie! After discovering that I had an unwavering passion for planetary health, I decided I needed to find ways to be better. After some research and a few powerful documentaries, I quickly realized adopting a plant-based diet was a way I could personally address climate change on a daily basis. From there, I dove into nutrition as I wanted to better understand my new diet and ensure my body’s essential needs were met. Everything I unearthed only lit my fire further. I adopted a WFPBD (with plant-based indulgences – I’m only human!) and haven’t looked back since. Lastly, after stumbling across an Earthling Ed video, I decided I could no longer deny the ethics of food consumption, and animal welfare became the third pillar of my vegan foundation. I created Cultivated Vibes to share my findings, thoughts, delicious recipes, and advice. It’s a place where I hope we can grow together and send our good vibrations out to those around us. Here’s to a healthier, more compassionate, and sustainable future. I’m so glad you’re here for it.
